Camellia doulbe pink evergreen flowering shrub

Camellia Double Pink

 

Camellias are much admired for their glossy evergreen foliage and decorative flowers displayed throughout spring and early summer.
Suitable for containers.


Height and Spread: 2-9mx1-8m(6-28 ft x 3-25 ft) at maturity, depending on variety.


Position: Must be planted in LIME-FREE soil or compost and sited where flowers will not be damaged by early morning sun after frost. Ie dont plant facing east.


Planting: Water thoroughly before planting. Plant keeping the root-ball surface level with the surrounding soil, filling the hole with soil mixed with compost and a sprinkling of bone meal. Firm well and water in. Keep moist until well established.


Plant care: Prune after flowering if neccessary.
